Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Magnesia, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Who we are

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. The App is not intended for minors.

4. Service description

Magnesia provides informational and educational assistance for organizing supplementation and wellbeing habits, based on user-provided data and automated systems (including artificial intelligence).

The App allows you to generate informational plan proposals, track intake, receive reminders, and use Ask AI consultations to evaluate possible plan changes.

5. No medical advice (health disclaimer)

Magnesia does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice, and does not replace consultation with healthcare professionals.

Recommendations, doses, schedules, warnings, and plan changes are informational and may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it.

Before starting, stopping, or combining supplements, consult a healthcare professional, especially if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Have pre-existing medical conditions.
  • Take medication.
  • Have a history of allergies or adverse reactions.
  • If you experience severe symptoms or an adverse reaction, seek immediate medical assistance.

6. Account and security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and all activity under your access.

7. Permitted use and restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes.
  • Attempt to compromise App security or operation.
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit the software.
  • Introduce malicious code or interfere with the service.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its software, design, content, and brand are owned by Magnesia or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. User content

Information you submit in the App remains yours.

Data stored locally on your device remains on your device unless you choose a feature that sends it for processing, such as AI plan generation, Ask AI, support, or account/subscription features.

When you request AI features, you authorize Magnesia to send the information necessary for that request to OpenAI services to generate the response or plan proposal, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Certain inputs may trigger an interruption and a crisis safety message instead of an Ask AI consultation.

10. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App for technical, legal, or business reasons.

We will attempt to notify material changes when reasonably possible.

11. Crisis Handling Policy

Magnesia is not an emergency service and does not provide crisis counseling.

If you submit content that expresses intent of self-harm, suicide, violence toward others, or immediate danger, safety handling under these Terms applies. Magnesia will:

a) interrupt the normal Ask AI consultation flow,

b) show a crisis message with emergency resources,

c) not generate supplement plan changes based on that message.

This handling may limit access to Ask AI consultation features for that interaction.

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services now.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Magnesia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

Use of the App is at your sole risk.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal compliance.

You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
