Delete Account and Data
1. How to request deletion
Send an email to support@magnesia.online from the email address you use for Magnesia with the subject “Delete my Magnesia account”.
Include the email address used in the app and whether you sign in with Google, Apple, or email OTP.
If you use Apple private relay, include the private relay email if available.
2. What will be deleted
- Your Magnesia app account.
- Profile and wellness information associated with your account.
- Supplement plans, configured supplements, logged intakes, reminder settings, and app records linked to your account.
- Ask AI consultation content and plan-change data linked to your account.
3. Delete some data without deleting your account
You can also email support@magnesia.online to request deletion of specific account data without deleting your Magnesia account. Describe the data you want deleted in your request.
4. What may be kept
- Backup copies, security logs, and operational logs may remain for up to 90 days.
- Records that must be kept for legal, fraud prevention, security, accounting, or compliance reasons may be retained only as needed.
- Purchase and subscription records handled by Google Play, App Store, RevenueCat, or payment providers may need to be managed with those providers.
5. Subscription note
Deleting your Magnesia account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Manage active subscriptions through Google Play or the App Store.
6. Timing
We will confirm receipt and process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible.
